I’m Robert O’Nale, and I write on comics and visual culture. I’m currently working on my master’s thesis, a thorough analysis of gestalt theory relating to how comic books are read and understood. Recently I presented an early draft of my thesis at Comics Arts Conference at Comic-Con International in San Diego, California. I also work as a teaching assistant in art history, and have my bachelor of fine arts in graphic design.
